Shootyou is a UK video production company staffed by former BBC television employees, based in London, England. Video Web Design (UK) produce video for public relations, sales promotions, human resources, sales presentations, online marketing, financial services, construction industry, travel industry, etc. Toward the end of 2004 around 20% of our UK revenue stream came from companies who not only wanted straightforward video production, but wanted the video production compressed either for video streaming, for PowerPoint, or as an Mpeg to 'live' on their company intranet. Video Web Design (UK) believe in 2003 this UK percentage will only increase because of the spread of broadband, the increasing speeds of computers in general and intranets in particular. Perhaps most importantly our London clients are beginning to realise (finally) how video can be compressed for use e.g. in PowerPoint or to 'live' on their LAN. Video Web Design (UK) don't pursue web design as part of our business model, although of course we know web designers. Video Web Design (UK) stick to our core model: video production but we're very interested in offering ten creative web design companies a proposition: Proposition If we're getting asked to produce video for our client's web sites, and intranets it stands to reason creative web design companies will increasingly be asked for video production. Video Web Design (UK) want to expedite this by providing ten companies with four video streaming files (in RealPlayer and Windows Media): 'Wicked and Lazy' Pop promo, Costa Coffee Corporate, Casewise Corporate and Guardian Media Group Commonwealth Games Promo. Your company can upload these and offer video production as part of your portfolio of services. It's that simple to become a video production company in 2005! Pricing www.shootyou.co.uk prides itself on transparency in uk video production. As you'll see from our rate card -which we'll gladly e-mail you- we're very reasonable. Perhaps most importantly Video Web Design (UK) charge £50.00 set up cost and £10.00 per minute for video compression. Video Web Design (UK) know we've lost work through looking too 'reasonable'. Video Web Design (UK) also know the margins that some of our clients have added on (especially in PR, candidly). And finally… We'd be interested in hearing from the first ten companies who'd be interested in offering video production as part of their service. You can get us to quote on a job then put on your margin, or Video Web Design (UK) can deal with the client direct and build in a percentage for you.
